I believe that true excellence is born when professional skill meets a heart of faith. For over 20 years, I have had the honor of serving as a Co-Pastor, walking alongside families and individuals as they navigate life’s deepest challenges and greatest joys.
My professional journey is rooted in over 30 years of Educational Leadership, where I have served as a High School Principal, Instructional Coach, and Framework Facilitator. I hold a Master’s in Education and am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF.
Today, I bridge these two worlds. I combine decades of pastoral wisdom with high-level leadership strategy to help you lead with excellence and live with a devotion to Christ. When I am not coaching or speaking, you can find me finding peace in my Houston garden or crocheting—reminders of the beauty found in nurturing growth, one intentional step at a time.
