Breathing Space: When You Don't Have the Words to Pray
Breathing Space is a gentle reminder that your time with God does not always need to be filled with words. In seasons when life feels overwhelming and your thoughts are scattered, His presence remains constant. Discover the peace that comes from simply being still, taking a deep breath, and resting in the truth that you are seen, heard, loved, and never alone. Just breath when you don't have the words to pray.

This month has been so busy I feel like I am running behind myself. I am taking on a new role and I find myself moving like a chicken with its head cut off.
When I sit down to do my morning journal and chat with God, I often find myself just sitting there, totally blank. But then I smile, knowing that even in those blank-stare, quiet moments, He is still with me. I am content just to have them.
I always tell others that your mind does not have to race all the time when you chat with God. This month, I practiced what I preach. I didn't chat; I just breathed and was still. I know He sees me and is with me.
We all have those seasons in our lives, and I am right in the middle of one this month. God is always with me. Even when I am not talking—just breathing—I know that He is God. He sees me, hears me, loves me, and is right here with me.
